I booked a service for my mother-in-law at Chennai International Airport. Although the service was confirmed, it was not delivered when she arrived. My elderly mother-in-law had to wait a long time and manage her luggage with help from other passengers. When I followed up, I got a careless response saying the greeter was busy. I just can’t wrap my head around how someone could be too busy to provide a service that was already paid for. Even though I was given the passenger's contact info, she was never reached out to. I also didn’t receive any communication, which left us feeling stressed and frustrated, especially for an older person stuck at the airport without assistance.

I booked the meet and greet services along with a chauffeured car from Airssist for our CEO in Egypt, and everything was handled quickly, efficiently, and to my satisfaction! Big thanks to the Airssist crew—Archie, Dan, Ian, and Roque—for all their help.

They’re just a booking agent, working with different service providers, so the quality of service you get isn’t really on them. I arranged for a meet and greet at Delhi airport, but there was nobody there. This actually made my customs process take longer instead of making it smoother. When I raised my concerns, I got a 'confirmation' saying I was picked up from a flight that landed 5 hours before I did, and that I was taken to a domestic lounge for a flight I wasn’t even on - what a joke! Although I did get my money back, the whole mess just added unnecessary stress to my arrival. It was definitely an airport experience I won’t forget, and trust me, I don’t plan on going through that again.

Hey Team, I reached out via email to see if your greeter could escort us to the lounge as part of the service at RUH Airport. Your team replied affirmatively. Based on that confirmation, we forked out an extra $350 to secure a lounge at RUH Airport. However, when the time came, your greeter flat out refused to take us to the lounge we had booked. This feels pretty misleading on your part. Because of the incorrect info from your team, we ended up losing $350. It seems like your team provided false information just to get a booking.

I want to give a shoutout to the airssist crew for their awesome meet and greet service! They are super professional and really nice. I arranged this service for my departure from DXB since the airport was packed. A welcoming greeter was there at the entrance, grabbed my bags, and guided me through all the airport steps without any waiting in line. I breezed through check-in, security, and immigration in just a few minutes! After that, he assisted me in getting to the airport lounge where I kicked back and enjoyed the comfy, luxurious amenities until it was time to board. When it was time to leave, the greeter came back to escort me to the plane. I can't imagine traveling without your service again! Huge thanks! <3
